My wife and mother in law drink that shit (Baileys)...like its some sort of acceptable afternoon tea.  If you want a drink, have a drink!  Don't have to pretend its afternoon coffee on my account.
Although....now that my wife discovered she likes to sip the American Honey - the bottle is always damn near Empty - SO go the hell back to your Baileys woman!
At least she hasn't started in on the bourbon yet.

I can’t stand black coffee. It’s gotta have cream and sugar.. or, some Carolann’s. A very similar product to Bailey’s, but half the cost. Important when I started working from home, it’s a cost/quantity thing. It’s good in coffee and hot chocolate, but if you are playing home bartender Baileys is the better product.

Okay Beags, you got Milano TWO goals, and Frank 2G 2A, and even Sandin had an assist, but even better was a +4 on the night.
Lappy actually got 2 assists and was a +2, but I thought he was pretty invisible - He only got 6:39 TOI so we need you to keep working on him please.
Mick wants you to work your magic on Fever - he was -3 in an 8-4 win, and has been off lately.

Little odd in 8G affair; Wilson, Beavy, Sourdiff, McMike, Frank and Duhaime all had 0 points last night.  Definitely need to shine a little of your Beags sunshine on McMike still.

Does Sourdiff have an NHL goal yet?  I really only figured him for a 3rd/4th line role player and was not expecting him to be a scorer, but 1 now and then would be nice.  He works hard, just seems to have a puck fumble problem near the goal line

(I went and looked it up, he does have 2 Goals this year)  Lappy, Chisholm, BigMac, Dubuois the only guys with 0
Carbs says he doesn't measure a young players success with goals, but 0 for Lappy is a problem

with the recent goal explosion, we now have a 3 way tie for most points on the team
Wilson:  11G 9A
Ovi:  10G 10A
Strome: 5G 15A
Carlson: 4G 15A
Chychrun: 5G 12A

Chychrun is +14, Strome +13 putting them in top 10 in NHL +/-

Sourdif has 3 career NHL goals, 1 as a Cap. I looked it up, because the other night they were making a big deal about him getting his first NHL assist.

As I noted last night, Douglas spent the first 10 minutes of the 3rd in penalty box and the last 10 minutes glued to the bench. Tampa was down 4 forwards most of the 3rd. Kucherov, Douglas, Point had one short shift to start the 3rd, and Declan had two shifts for a 2 minute TOI.

It's kind of a bummer Wilson is so important to our on ice production. Still good to see him beat some ass every once in a while!

They were discussing Wilson (not) making team Canada on twitter, after the Habs game.. I said he's one of, if not THE best power forward in the NHL, why wouldn't he make their team? I asked if he was too tough for Canada or something. lol Someone said "would you rather have Tom Wilson or Sam Bennett?? I was goooonna reply I'd take Wilson in a heart beat if you had to pick just 1..

Unfortunately, in the meantime, I got suspended from the Twit for a week (again) ::) :snicker:

coach is done with the dismal PP, lines at practice this morning..

PP1: Ovechkin, Strome, Leonard, Sourdif, Chychrun
PP2: Lapierre, Milano, Frank, Beauvillier, Carlson

This tells me Milano and Frank have earned some playing time. But, Carlson remains. I don’t necessarily disagree with keeping OV on PP1, but they gotta stop double shifting him. And, Wilson and McMike didn’t practice today so they will likely still be on the PP.

Glad he's finally coming around. Weird it took so long to TRY the PP1 w/o Carlson on it. He and Chych both seemed like defensive overkill. I understand some old guard honor or whatever, but we're 1/4 of the way through the season. Should of tried this week 1. Not sure it'll make much difference, we're not exactly super skilled, but at this point anything short of firing the Special teams coach is worth a look. If it doesn't work, they really need to find someone else to coach ST's and see if that helps.

Tom Wilson leads the Caps in Goals, Points, PPG, Hits, PIMS and games so far this season.

And is a ? for making team Canada.  Who in their right mind would not want this guy on any team?

Thompson as well.

But, since the Caps still get blamed for giving that jackass in Pittsburgh a cuncusion, the Caps continue to get screwed. IMO.

Was it Wilson that knocked him silly? I can't remember, it was so long ago. And yea, Thompson also has some issue with whoever is coaching Canada IIRC. Bunch of twats. I'd like for them to get the opportunity, if they want it. But I'll also be fine with them resting and doing a slow burn for when we play Canadian teams.

Fehr accidentally ran into him in that outdoor game. Not unlike that play on Leonard the other night. But, Crosby didn’t look concussed, and in fact played the very next game 48 hours later where Hedman plastered him head first into the glass after which he definitely looked cuncused.

Caps have called up Bogdan Trineyev from Hershey, they moved Dowd to IR to open a roster spot for him.
