I think all we've drafted/acquired are midgets.

Just like they say "Bring up Ethan Frank, he's faster than Connor McDavid" Well, he is. But he's also 3" shorter and 10lbs lighter. (5'11" 185#) I'd still like to see him up, no doubt, but they're all smallish from what I can tell. Same with Ryan Leonard. 5'11" 190#

Ethan Frank in Hershey keeps getting talked about. Maybe now is the time. Frank is a right wing, same as Oshie. Someone else will have to go on IR to make room on the roster though.

Dubé is also a right wing, so who knows. But I’d say Dubé will now make his NHL debut against the Panthers.

I never realized Frank was 26. I thought they were protecting him cause of some rookie contract mumbo jumbo? Not sure there's an NHL future for him if he's that age and never been called up and been overlooked all year. Guess we'll see.

I watched a grand total of about 45 seconds. I checked about 6 when I had to start making dinner. Checked again about 6:30, and it was a red flag. These 3pm starts gotta stop. They are a fukin joke.

We gotta move to the west coast. All the races start at like noon, 1pm.

I don't think this generation knows what good racing is. All kinds of twits posting it was the best race ever. lol All they did was wreck cars all day and end up 3 wide at the finish. Anyway, hopefully next week they'll have to use the gas and brake for a change.

Looks like they called up Miro - that should be fun to watch.

On another note, if they end up being sellers, my bet is that they only are able to trade Dowd, Mantha and Edmunson. If they do trade those guys what is the return? I bet they would all get 2nd round picks - nobody gets a 1st round pick. Maybe they get a package of a 2nd and 3rd for one or two of them - especially if they are willing to retain some salary. I guess I would be happy if we got three 2nd round picks and just hope one of them hits. I actually wish they would get draft picks that are a couple years out and hope that the team they get them from goes downhill and the draft picks end up being higher than they thought.

teams can only carry 23 active players, they gotta put someone on IR to clear a roster spot

Good news is that it was Oshie and not Mantha. Each time my back went out it was a week before I was walking normally and about two weeks before I attempted any hard physical activity.

In other great news for team management, apparently Sgarbossa has reached the point where he needs to be put on waivers in order to be sent back to Hershey. He’s played well enough that someone else would take the center, Caps management doesn’t need to lose another center. Especially a young one.
