I also felt at the end of the third that Caps won't make it!

Weird as hell. NHL standings shows the Caps only getting one point tonight and they did not add either a win, loss, or OT loss to the tally. "Streak" say only "1", not W1, or L1, or OT1. I've never seen anything like that on there.
It also shows we have played 22 games, but the tally of wins, losses, and OT losses is only 21.

We were outplaying the Bruins. I felt pretty good about our chances, even near the end of third. They seem to do this goal out of a hat trick almost at will.

Vrana on his shootout winner: "In the situation like this I just felt like you got to do something different to put the puck through him ... it was just I think good execution."
Reirden on Vrana's winner: "Oh man, that was an outstanding move. I haven't seen that very often from him in practice even, so that was good. Certainly he has elite skill and has been able to score on breakaways this year so I felt pretty confident."

Wow. I just watched the game and now looked at this board. You guys were pretty tough.
I though the Caps actually played really well. They wer the dominant team nearly all night...just didn’t score. I was pleasantly shocked to see Oshie tie it and DAMN...Jake should autograph Halak’s jock strap and give it back to him 😁
