I could not believe the excuse Joe B. offered as to why the PK was so crappy (in our own zone with nary a clear), saying it was because of a non-call of a hook on Carlson. Unbelievable!  I wouldn't let pee wee hockey get away with that excuse.  At least Holtby stood on his head and kept it 1-0.

Squeaked through it with Holtby's exceptional skill. I guess any PK that prevents a goal is a nice one!

Hawks have some incredible speed and skill. They were blinding fast at times on their PP, and our guys were not at their best it seemed.
