Send me a PM with the brand and model number.  I have offered to take a look at it.  These things die and are more costly to fix than replace sometimes.  There's a chance it might be something simple I could fix.  Have you ever tried a different power supply or tested the power supply/adapter for proper output voltage?  I think we talked about this once.

The Caps lack of effort/heart/urgency is most certainly the primary issue in this game.  Not nearly physical enough so we are letting these Canes play THEIR game.

That second touch appeared to be a controlled pass to me.  It is too grey an area and inconsistently called, like too many other things in the NHL.

Either the refs blew the call or the scorekeepers blew it. They contradict each other. Whatever, we sucked and didnt deserve to win this game.
