At this juncture, Oshie is still listed as IR. I’m kinda surprised they haven’t moved him to LTIR, but maybe they don’t need to.

Looked like a pretty clean hit to me. That's what happens when a taller guy hits a little guy.  He didn't target his head.  But, ya, they would have suspended Willy for the rest of the season.

I'd like to watch final game of the World Juniors - anybody know where to find it?  Looks like Leonard had a nice tournament and is going to be pretty good.  Also sounds like there was a stud Swede defensman that people are raving about that we could have had instead. Oh well, I think the Leonard pick was a good one.

Maybe search youtube? About the only other place that might have the replay is the USA hockey website, I haven’t looked.

Thanks.  Just watched it and man, I think the USA team could beat the Caps fairly easily, and several other teams.  There was a lot of skill and talent on the ice and we are gonna see some great young players coming into the league in the next few years.  We better hang onto our picks!  Even a second round pick, could be really, really good.

Any of you DMV locals that watch the Redskins, do they normally come on regular TV, like FOX, NBC, ABC, CBS?? Or do they come on Monumental (or some other) network?

I could be wrong but even for the locals down there, like all the NFL games they are on the national tv stations. FOX, CBS, NBC or ESPN. Perhaps ABC in conjunction with ESPN.

Skins are on local TV here...usually CBS channel 9 (WUSA), but sometimes FOX
its never been blacked out here in my lifetime... so usually on.
However....Fn direcTV is now fighting with local CBS here so they dropped the channel....I wasn't even aware.  SO I can't watch Skins now regularly
But if you have local cable n such...then yeah no prob.
Of course...only IF I was inclined to watch the Skins...like I had a Sunday to waste where I didn't have something less painful to do...like clean the chicken house or swab the trashcans or pull old teeth or something.
Maybe watch paint dry...or water boil or something
I've been pretty much done with football for several years, not just cause of the Skins

Im wondering cause the NFL package on Youtube.tv is like $400 freakin dollars and I can't, no way, no how, justify 400 bucks to watch the train wreck from DC. But I've been a fan since birth, so Im fucked with having to steal streams from stream sites like some do here for the Caps games. But the streams are way less reliable for the NFL. Full of spam, buffer, disconnect, etc. much more than the NHL ones. Guess cause it's more popular with more people stealing the streams or something? But anyway, it's a big pain in the hole.


So, I was considering getting one of them "jailbreak" firestick/roku things. Supposedly you can get them and watch local channel streams from anywhere in the country. (If they have stream available in the area) Just need to find out if they're any more reliable (or less pia) than just using the Steam sites.
