Lemons. Cut those suckers in half, squeeze the juice into a glass and drink it. You can thank me later.

A raw onion? Really?   Do you just eat it straight?

No. Just cut an onion in half, crossways and leave it by your bed.  The acids in it are supposed to draw out the disease.

Half a raw onion by the side of your bed!  ;)
Glad you're backwith us.

What does it do by your bed? I just squeezed some fresh garlic in my soup. I've been living on coconut water, so this is improvement.

Garlic is also a well known anti-oxidant.  Rub raw garlic into the back of fresh, hot toast.  Guaranteed to clear your sinuses.

"As onions are sliced, cells are broken, allowing enzymes called alliinases to break down amino acid sulphoxides and generate sulphenic acids. Sulphenic acids are unstable and spontaneously rearrange into a volatile gas called syn-propanethial-S-oxide. The gas diffuses through the air and eventually reaches the eye, where it reacts with the water to form a diluted solution of sulphuric acid. This acid irritates the nerve endings in the eye, making them sting. Tear glands produce tears to dilute and flush out the irritant. If you are crying just by looking at onions then you may have a psychological reaction to them"

Lemons help clean the blood and bodily systems, which is why they are used so much in "purifying diets and de-tox programs.

Fortunately, my sinuses are clear. I've been on high doses of Azithromycin for months. Breathing issue is from being so weak that I struggle to pull my diaphragm down unless I consciously do it.

Should we be writing all these home remedies down?

I usually eat lemon daily, but I would not be able to keep lemon down quite yet. Maybe in a few days with some honey and hot water.

I have to stop typing too much. It's totally wearing me out.
