Disgusted. Looked like a poorly coached high-school team.   Ya, we were screwed by the refs in the second, but we had no clue how to play against them.


I was going to pick out a few guys like Jensen to point out boneheaded plays, but there were so many I couldn't keep track.  That was just flat-out embarrassing.

106.7 has Carlson on every Wednesday about 3-3:30, I'm not overly impressed with his interview skills, that and that asshat that was interviewing him

     That was a sweet play getting out of our zone. Holtby to Dillon to Hagelin to Panik to Eller and in the net in about 5 secs.

 Excellent observation! That goal should be credited to all five guys you’ve mentioned, Especially to Hagelin, chip/deflecting that puck to Panik, on the fly!  Very pretty !

The most coachable part of the game has to be the power-play.  You have two things to coach:


The entry - ours has to be the worst in the league. The drop-pass just does not work - especially with Dylan casually throwing it back and not knowing which team will get it.  It wastes so much time and just takes the sense of urgency out of the PP.


The formation - any decent coach in the league now knows how to defend our PP.  Leave Backstrom and Kuzy/Vrana open, cover the slot and therefore block off the cross-pass to Ovie and let us pass it around the horn and force it to Ovie.  Its not working So CHANGE IT!!


If you keep doing the same thing at your job and it causes the company to lose money every time - what do you think will eventually happen?

These losers have had it.  They'll be out in 5 no matter who they face in the first round.  Totally pathetic effort.  No forecheck, no backcheck, little to no hitting except for late crap on guys without the puck, shit power play, not skating.  They get their asses kicked nightly.  This has gone on for 3 months.  It's not going to stop until changes are made both behind the bench and on the ice.  IOW, not this season.  They're done.

Team is old and stale, on "all" fronts.. Bout all I can say. Hopefully Ovie can keep a decent pace scoring, but Im afraid we don't have the bodies and definitely not the coaching to do much else..

Flyers are on a hella roll 7 in a row scoring an average of 4.5+ goals per game. That’s pretty tough to beat
