PP is fine as long when we have a threat other than Ovie.. Somebody(s) on PP1 need to lose their job for a bit.. Stale..
Very stale, Mick!
At least this time it wasn’t a 100% train wreck on the PP, as there were a few bright spots. But certainly not enough not even close, to where we need to be with it.
One thing they tried, that I was happy about, was getting rid of that slingshot crap, that they have been doing recently. Several times, on the PP, they brought it up and passed up ice, without that stupid slingshot, and crossed into the Dallas zone in good set up shape. What happened after that of course, went a little south, but it was an improvement nonetheless!
Another real mystery is who the hell was that #9 tonite??? This was the Orlov, that we hoped he would grow into after his big raise from GMBM!! He actually played pretty well tonight!
Copley, absolutely played off the hook, and the MAIN reason we got a point tonight!
The freaking hens are playing their ass off right now, And we seem to be on the slow roll, as to getting back to where we were just a couple weeks ago!
Kuzy is NOT lookin good, and Carlson’s D has been steadily progressing south! Although I will say Carly had an ACTUAL physical hit, while skating down the boards, on some “slow poke” who took the puck from him originally, which helped Carlson should save a little face! Other than that he has been pathetic on defense. Just pathetic!!
Anyway, just my two cents.
