As Trotz used to say, we’ve thrown “a lot of pizzas” out in front of our net trying to clear the puck tonight. It was inevitable that eventually our failure to clear the zone would lead to a Minny goal.

Agree, we were really back on our heals. Hopefully they will play like they were playing in the first period. Wild are playing better than I thought they would, I thought they would be a little flat in this game but BB has them working hard.

It's hard to understand how poor our zone clearing abilities are. It appears to be continuing at the start of the 3rd. Pathetic is what it is.
