0-0 after 1... I'll take it... expected a little more fire from VGK... thought we were going to have to weather a little more of a storm (not complaining though).... Caps looking solid so far. Getting some good hits and getting a few chances. Would like to see even more pressure though...

Hello, all! Music banquet done (teacher got pressure from parents to start banquet earlier because of Game 5!!)--skipped past pregame circus, quickly watched first period. Love all of the red jerseys in the seats. Wow...view of downtown shows that it is packed.
Fingers crossed we'll break through in second period and stay smart, swarming and tough on defense.
