felonies for cheating..

https://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory/2-fishermen-caught-cheating-ohio-tournament-plead-guilty-98161556

Suspended fishing license for 3 years and one dude gave up his (probably cheated to get) boat? Then their records are expunged after 6 mo. probation? lol They'll both have to move away or risk getting their ass kicked every time they show up at a ramp and get recognized. Should of put them in jail for a year or two and let them actually take responsibility for their actions. Nobody has to pay for their actions anymore.

I like Kuzy, but $8m is a lot of money for a guy who doesn't go 100%, 100% of the time. And if he is going 100% all the time, he's not worth $8m..

Ya - when he wants to play he can take over a game, but that just doesn't happen enough. I'm sure if we trade him, he will be motivated for at least the first year and will be incredible.

I have always thought that the Caps, under multiple coaches, have totally screwed up with him. If a tough coach basically told him that his job is to score and not look to pass all the time, he could be a 50+ goal scorer. If you incentivized him the right way, and disciplined him when he got too cute, he would be unbelievable.

The Caps vs the Islanders in D.C. tonight is at 7:30 for some reason

Congrats Dale Hunter.

900 wins in 1361 games is pretty good is 66% win percentage....although I know NOTHING about OHL stats, but sounds pretty good

Caps have 7 games remaining....6 of them vs contenders who actually have reason/desire to win

Bolts - fighting to stay above WC spot
Rags - fighting for #2 spot in Metro
Montreal - which can only move up in the draft lottery, not down (well ahead of next lower team) so this game is meaningless to them
FLA - which desperately needs the win likely more than any other team (nice comeback for them last night BTW)
NYI - which probably needs the win
BOS - which likely only needs the win to break the all time NHL wins (and possibly points) records
NJD - likely fighting for #1 seed in Metro
So like Mick said - GO PANTHERS!!! (they could knock Hens out) FU Cindy!  :raspberry:
FFS - HIT HIM!!!
SHOOT - THE - PUCK

It looks like the only hope we have of the hens getting knocked out of WC2 is the Panthers

and the Caps goal differential just went to O for the first time since October

Milano was back in full contact jersey.  Oshi, TVR and Charlie (illness) all out.

From the old curmudgeon department. Do these fuckers ever just go to work and practice hard?  :raspberry:

Seems like every practice is "bring your family to work day".

I set dinner on the table at 7pm. Just for shits and giggles I quickly look to see who won Richmond. At 7pm, after a 3:30 start, there was a yellow and 16 laps remaining…

and here I was thinking they weren’t going to relive that clown show from COTA

Late yellows were legit this week. (No overtime/gwc bullshit)  JGR had 3 cars that could of/should of won the race. They all blew it with shitty pit stops, poor strategy or driver error/penalties. Typical JGR.. HMS executed as usual and won the race.

I have no clue why the races come on at "X" time and it still takes over 20 minutes to get the green flag. They have on average, 1.5 hours of prerace every week. But they still insist on waiting for the "start time" before they do the prayer, anthem, start engines command, pace laps, pit road speed lap, more pace laps.. It's ridiculous. Then the race runs 20 mins over and they interview 2 guys and are gone. lol Race only had 5 yellows iirc. 3 were legit and 2 for stupid stage breaks. It took about 3 hours, which is fairly normal for 400 laps at RIR.

not like it matters, but the Caps will be mathematically eliminated if the Panthers or Hens win tonight
