:lmao: Burka on the top line? 8-0
Well at least this game should boost our PP stats with this PP2 lineup:
-- 2nd Powerplay Unit --
13-Vrana 10-Connolly 65-Burakovsky 2-Niskanen 9-Orlov
We should decline ALL penalties the Coyotes are called for tonight. OR can we just ask them to halve it to a 1 min PP?
This second PP unit might just be subject to some defensive weaknesses.
Geez Louise, this game could be ugly. Sure hope Copely brings his A+ game tonight. He's gonna need it.
Like the fourth line though. They could be tough to play against. Think I would leave Smith Pelly on the fourth, move Boyd to second line and Connolly to third line. (and have the 4th line get plenty of minutes!)
Go Caps!
Sorry, I was still updating some of the lines. Connolly got moved to PP1 and Eller takes his place on PP2.
Also, trying to quote some of the stuff in the GDT OP is going to be troublesome. I have a ton of formatting code in those posts and they won't take kindly to being partially quoted as you can see. I don't even create or edit the GDT OP in this editor directly. I do it in a text file and when i'm done I paste it in.
Here, I'll attach today's GDT file if you want to see what I mean.
Alta, you should probably grab this in case you want to use it to post the GDT if I should go down like last year with the flu. Once it gets posted this forum compresses everything making it VERY difficult to edit.
Not happy about Bowey being scratched. It should be Djoos being scratched.
Geez, I did not realize I was talking to my 90-year old mother-in-law. ;)
Was it that bad?
Basically, cutting and pasting or partially quoting a formatted post can he hazardous to your post formatting.
:P
Seriously though, thanks for the threads man.
LOL.Maybe we should let her on on the gag
:lmao:
My wife just came in and told me I could crank my music back up and that she was finished meditating and about to cook dinner. So I cranked it up.
What I did not have a heart to tell her was that I never turned it down when she asked me to earlier before she meditated.
It's all a mental and control thing with women. They just love to complain.
This is not the first time this has happened. I was chuckling inside as she was thanking me for "turning it down earlier". Am I a bad guy for getting a kick out of this every time? As is often the case it wasn't even loud to begin with. If it is loud I will turn it down.
She has learned not to ever ask that while hockey is on though. :uh-huh:
I assume you guys have heard the rumors of Reeves signing a photograph showing him and an injured Wilson down on the ice. I dont believe for a second that this actually happened. People trying to stir the pot.I can't think of anyone else that I might believe did that, but I have no trouble believing Reaves did that. Did you him circling Wilson laying on the ice and laughing at him? You can be sure he's proud of that. I really hope we see them in the playoffs.
Not happy about Bowey being scratched. It should be Djoos being scratched.Bowey had a tough game against Vegas, took a penalty and got beat on another play so I am not surprised he is sitting. Coaches seem to have more confidence in Djoos and I think he for the most part has played well. It would help if he could put on a few more pounds.

Orlov and Niskanen have had about 20 tough games.
LOL.

It's been my experience that women will say something like that out of spite when they know you didn't do as asked, even with a pleasant tone of voice. They then file it for latter when something of similar sacrifice is asked of them, and the response is you bet honey
anyone here ever play the Fallout games?
No, but my Son just said he has it on XBox.
22
how old is he?
22
ok, this series is not for younger kids, way too much adult themed stuff in it
and you probably don't want to ask him my question
anyone here ever play the Fallout games?
The last game I played was Quake. I was in a clan. We did really well on the ladders. I created a website for us many, many years ago. Here's a copy of it. You can see my old character in the Barracks.
Midnight Rise Klan (http://www.pulsarnet.com/midnight/index.htm)
OMG dude. I'm way to old, but I played a lifetime on Fallout 3. I not really a gamer or a computer guy, but I'm ashamed to admit I played the hell out of that game. Did Vegas and FO4 too, but FO3 was my favorite. About the only games i played. Haven't in quite some time.
I hear the new one sucks, but I'm not really in tune to the gamer world.
I'm out for about an hour till I get home.
Go Caps
one of the things you can do is collect doctor type things to assemble a kit to restore health, but one of the items that's been in this series is an ophthalmoscope, which is a pretty useless item in this game, just one of the odd things they've put in this game, but it's a great series,
I quit playing all games because they can suck you in and consume a lot of time. I have more that I can do and learn than I'll ever get through in my lifetime. Watching the Caps is my only form of relaxation.
I really used to love Combat Flight Simulators, Quake, and a couple of other FPS. There was also a really cool online game I liked called Fantastic Contraption. That one really allowed you to use your mind creatively. I designed some really awesome contraptions in that game.
Burakovsky is a useless pile of dung.
Just getting out hustled..
Is it bad if we go down 3-1 :poop: lol
It's probably worse if we go up 3-1
When does the fucking 65 experiment end?It needs to end.......enough chances have been given.
Another PP against. Unreal.Cant argue the penalty on Niskanen

Need a Snake emoji. :uh-huh: I like that kid!
And Djoos has been on the ice for both goals against tonight. Sorry Rush but Djoos doesnt belong in the NHL
I give a slight edge to Djoos myself. Although small, he has very good hockey IQ. There could be situations where Bowey may be the better choice, but since Rierden is dealing with a good variety of defenseman that make mistakes, in all kinds of areas, he opts for Djoos, as the generally smarter player, over Bowey with more physicality.
It’s a good thing that Bowey plays a little more aggressively, but it also makes his mistakes, appear more obvious. As Bowey plays smarter, he will earn more TOI!

Looks like Copley got an assist on Niskys goal!!! WOW
cheesus ArJ, that's not a good place for hot wax, everLOL I was undecided..

I’m just wondering if “nutwax” is even a word!🤣😂🤣😂
I used to cover the nose of my jet skis with sex wax, still busted my chin open a couple times.
You know when a product like this has to put do not eat on the label someone did, several times
So, when Willy comes back, if he gets a point in that first game back does his consecutive point streak stay intact?
So, when Willy comes back, if he gets a point in that first game back does his consecutive point streak stay intact?Did he get a point in Vegas?
Did he get a point in Vegas?
I would say so.Wilson didnt get a point against Vegas so his streak of consecutive games scoring batlkeast 1 point is over. He will have to start a new streak.

yup, and in that universe he gave Reeves a concussion with zero repercussions :uh-huh:
8-0 He's special..
So are autistic kids!Somewhere there's an autistc kid sayin FU

Why aren't we taking a timeout?

That's correct. No time out after an icing call.
I don’t think you can time out after an icing call. Also can’t change personnel
I Guess we have to jump on Bura’s ass, for him to do something!!Don't get too excited. He may have gotten the game winner but he still didnt play well. Even his goal deflected off the dmans stick.
Good damn goal Bura!!
Rush
wasn't the prettiest but that's not a colum on the score sheetExactly, it was a gutty win. Arizona’s speed gave us problems. I really hope Wilson can play against Columbus. We will need his physicality.

Ok folks.. Catch ya'll next time!
Burt prolly be a shootout specialist if given a chance.. Seems like every one of his goals are in some solo form..
I've got 3 and New Vegas, don't have a PS4 so no FO4, I have a hard time justifying a PS4 for as little as I play but may have to to get the game since they have been intent on not being able to play the old games on the new system, that's a lot of money in games that became obsolete. The Fallout, Far Cry and Assassins Creed series are pretty good
