You ever follow the Redskins or Bullets? Caps aint never gonna do a rebuild. They'll always be in "but we may still have a chance to make the playoffs" mode. It's a DC thing..

Boston fired Bruce Cassidy, which is very surprising.




The last time I was interested enough in the NBA to watch regularly it was Byrd vs Johnson. I did watch Ewing a bit but only because I used to go to Georgetown games all the time. The Jackson to Ewing allyoop was a thing of beauty. The MLB lost me, especially in this town.

Surprised at the Bruce Cassidy firing.  LOTS of head coaches out there now.
I thought Bruce had done more than adequate job with the squad given, but I guess mediocre success in playoff is unacceptable to some franchises 


Sucks Edmonton is out.  I just can't bring myself to rout for Colorado.  Although, of the three teams left, I'd prefer them.


Tampa managed to get back into it - I just can't get behind them.  Something about them I don't like.  Not that I care for the Rags.  Kind of sucks not having anyone to rout for.
Rags work really hard, but I think they are lacking a scoring punch.  Tampa just has so much going for them, including Vasilesky.  If Edmonton had him....lookout they'd be a real contender.

Fucking Tampa.  Rags outworked them most of the game.  Had great scoring chances - better than Tampa's....whiffed on what would have been GWG late in the third.  I was watching with my maw-in-law and I said to here.....you watch, Rags are missing on all these chances and Tampa is going to go down and some rando shot will just go in.

LoL. That inlet is nuts! I could spend the whole day there, on the banks, watching inexperienced captains try and drown their crew or sink their vessels.. Used to be a pair of girls (sisters maybe?) who would run it quite often. They had a nick name for them, but I can't remember what it was. They finally had a close call and think they decided to get a bigger boat.

In a couple of those shots you can see how fast the tide is moving out. Not as fast as Indian River in Delaware, I’ve seen multiple people almost die out there.
