I swear that if it weren't for the accent I'd think Laughlin was Pierre.  He can't say enough good things about the fucking Hens.  Pretty soon he's gonna have a load of Cyndy all over him.

    Might be. I wouldn't really blame him on any of the goals but hasn't made any tough saves in this game that I can recall. Be nice if one of our goalies could bail out our defense once in awhile. I have been concerned about our inexperience in goal. I keep hoping that one of them gets on a hot streak and takes over the reigns but it just isn't happening.
     They have both played well in spurts.
   Goaltending might be a problem come playoff time.

3 goal 3rd period comeback seems like a pipe dream with this bunch. Especially playing a decent team. We'd be ripe to get fucked if it was us up 3 though..

     No kidding. We need some games from our goalies like this.
This season I'd say our goalies have had a handful of great games. Vanecek had 3 or 4 really good games earlier in the season. 
  The only really good game I remember from Samsonov was the 1-0 win over the Isles.
     Now I'm starting to lean back towards Vanecek. I really don't know who is the better option.

   BTW I don't like or dislike either of our goalies. To be honest I wanted us to keep Holtby even though he has been pretty mediocre the last 3 seasons.
   I actually wanted the Caps to trade Samsonov when he was hyped up before he got here. I don't think Samsonov has played up to expectations.
    And Vanecek was an after thought. I never thought he would make the big club but he did. He has definitely exceeded expectations.

Itis widely regarded that colour has an effect and influence on one's psyche.   Wearing, arguably the second most boring colour, (after beige), is not exactly inspiring our guys to, "get it up".

3 goals on like 12-15 shots?  Looks bad on the goalie no matter who it is

The NHL average goals scored in shootouts is like 25%
So by that math...Vitek owes us 6 stops in the next 6 breakaways
