Caps have to be one of the bigger teams in the NHL.  If they didn't have that Sheary Smurf bringing down the average...

good point, but considering the  D pairings they will face we might get a lot of secondary scoring out of them.  73 has really impressed lately and 10's speed will make it easier to forget about 13.   Both 77 and 39 have great hands and can snipe but are realatively slow.  I think  the upcoming pens/bruins matchups will show where the holes are.....

I wonder if they try Oshie on 3RW and move up Spronger to spread it out.  Oshie makes any line better.  Both Spronger and Sheary have been pleasant surprises.  Spronger has serious wheels and wicked release like Ovie.  Sheary Smurf just seems to know where to be. 


I could see that happening as he gets older and needs more rest
