I wouldn't want to play in front of this sorry-assed group of losing motherfuckers.  To give up 3 straight goals to a lowly team like Detroit is pathetic.  10 shots in 2 periods at home?  What a fucking joke this team is.  Every year it's the same crap.  They get all excited with themselves like they've done something by beating the fucking Jackets twice in a week.  So, then it's just like every other year.  We play bad hockey and start our slide into spring so that by the time we get wiped out in the first or second round of the playoffs it's not a surprise.  It's so fucking sad that we are all doing this to ourselves all over again.  After last year's flame out I said I wouldn't and yet, here I am again.  I complain about the Caps but the reality is that I'M JUST FUCKING PATHETIC that this is how I elect to spend my free time.


I am a Caps fan.  By definition I am self-loathing.

The shitty thing is there are so many who think the “skill talent and stars” are enough to win a cup, and all we need is a chance. . .


More fans need to get pissed off and challenge that this team is as good as they want to believe

I am hoping for a 6-2 loss, rather than a 5-4 win. This team needs to understand they can’t keep pulling this crap. Practice tomorrow should be nothing but gassers until guys are throwing up. Then Trotz needs to quit doing his eyebrow raises and unload on these guys and bench some veterans. He needs to publicly embarrass some guys.

Given what appear to be the priorities,competence, and trends of the front office.  I wouldn’t be shocked one bit if they gave at least  Wilson, Stephenson, two 1sts and started another “this is the year” marketing campaign . . .
