I like her.  I know they brought her in partly as eye candy but she fits in with this group well.  She's young but she handles bringing the boys together well.  Sort of the cohesive part of the equation.
Also she hasn't said anything blatantly hockey stupid like eyeliner boy did in the early days.  He eventually got better, but I recall seeing Alan may gritting his teeth and wanting to just joke the living shit out him (as did I).


I'll give her props.  She has done well I think.  Better than I expected and she's a good fit, which I think is hard being an outsider coming in.

Caps were due for one like this and especially against Boston.  Halak had a good outing for a change and we usually own both their netminders.  Boston is a good team and the law of averages alone dictated they beyond owing us this one.


Losing to Boston only bothers me cause of the fucking Rat.  I wish Hathy would just mop the ice with him.  Problem is that rat just starts dirty shit and then slinks away.

    Yup total bs. I didn't think the hit was that bad. I'm sure initial contact was on the chest.
    It doesn't help that players don't have a clue how to take a hit. And none of them are aware of their surroundings.

     This meeting shouldn't even take place. Apparently this hearing isnt for a hit to the head because it doesn't meet the criteria.  The meeting is for boarding. But the hit definitely wasn't boarding either. So it doesn't fit into that criteria either.
Looks like the league is making up rules specifically for Tom Wilson.
     When are they going to get it in there heads that just because a player is injured doesn't mean the hit was illegal?

that’s par when dealing with the Caps, one of OVs suspensions wasn’t for a bad hit, it was because he was being too physical

Carlo was released from the hospital today. I wasn’t aware he was admitted. No news on Willy after a full business day. Can’t tell if that’s good or bad given how the nhl tries to screw the Caps whenever they get the chance
