when out and about in the colder months I used to order a coffee with a shot of Jack and baileys in it. I told the bartenders which order to add the ingredients so the cream wouldn’t curdle. More often than not said bartenders would roll their eyes at me and give me that look that said don’t tell me how to do my job I know what I’m doing, I then visibly laughed at them as they poured a freshly brewed coffee down the sink

It's a dish popular in Canada.  Fries with chees curds  and gravy.


And before YOU START AGAIN...I am NOT being derogatory to Canada or poutine, and I personally have never had poutine so I can't give you my opinion on it, but the    above is reference to "cheese curds" and is only me stating my dislike for the thought of cheese curds (great, now I'm probably pissing off Wisconsin)


I very much don't like cottage cheese or most anything with it in the dish so I doubt I'd care for "cheese curds" or dare I say it....POUTINE


some of my family is lactose intolerant, so doubt they will want poutine either....or rather those of us who live with these lactards want them to have it. 

    Its not as popular in Canada as you might think.

There's no meat iin poutine, right?  So where do you get the gravy from?       What flavour gravy is it?

I did think that the cheese was a melty type of cheese and not a curd,, like "cottage cheese".That would be awfull, like tofu without the lactose, or flavour, or texture, or any reason for it's exstence whatsoever, really.    ... 

I heard it was really tasty.   Micky Bubbles says so anyway.
Still not sure about the gravy.......
And yes, this is from someone who has eaten "pie, mash and liquor" indiscriminately.

I agree that Oshie works hard all the time but his contact will look worse and worse as he ages I feel. He's been injury prone a bit while he's been in Washington and is much older than kuznetsov. It's easier to replace Oshie than it is Kuznetsov with regards to position.
I see a huge hole at 2nd line centre next year if kuznetsov were to be snatched up by Seattle. Top 2 centres are harder to come by than a 2nd line winger.




The issue here is youth and exhuberance versus knowledge and experience.
Yes, the 2C is the trickiest spot to fill.
What is harder to fill is a player.
