So if a tie is like kissing your sister...
What’s a tie that turns into a loss?

Kissing your sister and...getting caught doing it?  :raspberry:

Orlov is the odd man out, because of cap space, age and skill, in that order. I might try to juggle him the rest of the season just as expansion draft fodder. If not trade him for draft picks and cap space. There aren't any other personnel I'd switch out this year, barring an unforeseen injury

Looks like most here would agree with that assessment. I like the idea of trading for draft picks.

Yeah it would be nice to get a few draft picks, we could even send him to a team at the deadline that was out of the playoff picture that needs him for the future. Not many teams that are going for it will be able to take on his contract without sending a similar contract back. He's still a talented player and his contract isn't that bad but we just simply don't really need him at this point and could use that cap space in other areas. Our faceoff percentage has to be one of the worst in the league. I remember we lost a playoff game to the Rangers off a draw in OT, may have even been a game 7 if I remember correctly. I forget what year it was but John Mitchell was the centreman for the Rangers at the time. He won it back to the point and the Dman took the shot and it could have been stepan that put the rebound in. If someone remembers what I'm talking about and can correct me on the situation, I'd be extremely impressed.

canadiancapman:
Without researching that is. I could look it all up but more fun when someone remembers off the top of their head.
