It all doesn't matter unless someone else takes Pittsburgh out in the playoffs. We can't beat them. Period. End of story. When both teams are playing well coming into the game -- like the playoffs -- they clean our clocks. And it isn't Crosby. It's guys like Hornqvist that kill us year in and year out. And Backstrom disappears against the Hens year after year. We all criticize Orpik because of his limitations but at least he plays hard and physical. The D tonight was atrocious. Niskanen, Djoos, Bowey, Carlson all horrid. And I agree with Wascapsfan that 70 looked like he had an all-star hangover. He was good in the first after getting no help in being down 2-0 but he didn't make any of the big saves after that. Just not a good performance when they had a chance to make a statement.
