Caps can trade Bura and Carlson for one good Dman, and not a rental, it need to be a two year deal at a minimum

I never said he was an all-star. I have said he is our best dman. There really is no denying it because it isn't even close. I also said he is better than OEL and I'm standing by that. I dont hate the guy but he is another puck moving offensive dman that is mediocre defensively. I know the plus/minus stat doesn't mean a lot but he has the worst plus/minus in the league by a wide margin. He has a shot at the single season record. No thanks. Let's get a shut down dman.
