I must've missed something. I'm not aware of a stay at home legally binding order. I thought it was more of a suggestion, as all the friking parks are closed because it's apparently a bad thing to get excersize and old fashioned vitamin D.
Reston has padlocked all the tennis courts, not that it effects me. But come on. Meanwhile the two golf courses in Reston have never been busier, ever.

Well I didn't necessarily mean the CAPS would still be playing, but it's nice to dream (as most long term Caps Fans have done for multiple decades)
