on the bright side, the Caps web site has finally added the preseason schedule to the the team calendar, not that we've known it for almost two months now. But when camp starts is still a secret

Haven't seen the preseason schedule. When's the 1st game? 2 months till real hockey! Hope we don't shit the bed (again) :wackysmile:

The preseason schedual was announced on July 15, which means the Caps have known when camp will start for some time now. The first preseason game is sept 26. Camp has to start at least a few days before that, and rookie camp is always at least a week before regular camp. So about two weeks from now, give or take a couple days. But it's a secret, Caps don't want to tell anyone, especially the fans.
and we do have a calander here, preseason has been up since it was announced. I've been waiting to fill in the rest of the regular season for an official announcement about whether or not the NHL is going to participate in the Olympics

Im sure its been a tough decision for Buttman. Stay consistent to his decision about Korea, or bow down to that Chinese money
