am I the only one that has no interest in watching hollywoods rehashing of everything?
I'm not into the Hollywood thing either. I still like some stuff done in hollywood but a lot of it is over produced.
We have been watching some foreign films and tv shows.

speaking of rehash/reboot . . .THIS IS A MUST WATCH!!!

Its on YouTube Red, but its only 5hrs (10 eps), so up for the month months free trial and just cancel after a month), but it is OUTSTANDING, and I haven't seen the movies on probably over 20 years, but doesn't matter. . . I'm obsessively rewatching it for the second time in three days. . .its that good!

But in case you're on the fence, heres an interview with the two stars and original cast members:

In honor of all our Russian players I have been trying to watch some Russian made movies. Ive seen a handful so far. Watched an interesting Russian sci fi movie earlier this week called Mafia: The Game of Survival. I really enjoy international movies. They aren't bso Hollywood. I'm even getting used to subtitles.

Other than the 007 franchise, the last time I went to a movie theater for a new release was National Treasure. But I may have to see this....

I just stumbled across this classic.

Imagine the uproar if this hilarious movie came out today!

Be careful what you ask for America; you just might get it.

so far the new Dr Who sucks ass, and I don't think it's Jodi. I think Matts first episode was the only time I liked the new Dr right away, but it never took three episodes before. The problem is the writing has gotten far to politically correct now, to the point that I have no desire to see the next episode. Damn shame too

I'm too much of a movie junkie. Especially sci fi. I'm watching my 3rd movie already today. Ive watched a lot of cheesy movies.
Right now I'm watching a Canadian sci fi tv movie called Survival Code (Borealis) from 2013. I think it was a pilot for a tv show that never got picked up. Too bad, looks like it could have been a decent series.

-Bing & Frank Christmas Special
-High Society (not Xmas, but has Grace and The Chairman)
-Holiday Inn
-White Christmas

High Society is on now, heh this is awesome, and The Chairman totally runs this whole film!)

Saw the first two episodes on YouTube and loved it! I wanted to wait for it to come out on Blu-Ray/DVD but YT says they have no plans to release a physical copy, anytime soon, if ever.  After hearing that I may have to pull the same strategy you did, except I may wait for the season two release.

Holy shit🤣🤣🤣🤣.  I don’t know if she’s smart enough to cover up a stupid movie, and/or just trying to get famous as a lunatic femi-nazi

yep, the '04-06 GT looked really good too, a very good looking modern example of the original. The brand new GT is just ugly in my opinion. It looks like something the Italians made, and not in a good way. At this point, the Superformance reproduction is the cheapest option, and still the best looking. They can be had with all the modern conveniences. There are a couple '05 GTs around that were factory painted in the Gulf Oil livery, if I were to win the lottery I'd find one of those. The '05 GTs are selling for $500,000.

I'd also find me a blue Ferrari 458 though, as that is the best looking model they ever made, not an opinion, just fact :snicker: .

'06 GT, 5000 miles, Gulf Oil livery, only $440,000....

'14 458, 9000 miles, blue, and a bargain at $200,000

Yeah, to say 04-06 GTs have maintained value is a bit of an understatement 🤣. Hell they didn’t even break 600hp!

I know what you mean about the new ones, I’m still pissed that it’s not an 8 (or 12).

But I know why the did that (euro/euro race regulations, new marketing etc), and it’s kicking ass in international racing, so it’s a good bragging point at least🤣

Jay gives a great walk through on his (love the Os/Sinatra color scheme)

I watched this last night on Amazon prime, it tells the story very well with a lot of interviews of the men who were there...

I haven't had Netflix in a few years but there is a lot of crossover
