Dont doubt Dillion as a fighter.  He may not be elite, but can beat most of the others.
And Claude Jr is bigger pussy & dirtier than his dad

Love the hit way after the whistle by gainey early in the video. Then he asks the ref "what the fuck for" when he gets a penalty for it. Lol

Dave Hodge... broadcasting legend! His show "the reporters" was amazing Sunday mornings. Too young to remember much of him on Hockey night in Canada.

Hey just wondering whose everyone's favorite fighter is/was. I think DC like Probert. A guy I didn't really like much but I have to admit probably the best fighter I've ever seen in the NHL.
I didn't have one favorite tough guy. I did enjoy the fights and crazy stuff from the 70s and 80s. Always enjoy the Broadstreet bullies and the Bruins in the 70s. And guys like Gilles, Schonfield,  Oreilly, Cashman.
In the 80s I liked Mark Tinordi. I also like Dave Manson. He lost a fair number of fights but the guy was a lunatic. I also.kind of liked Stu ( The Grim Reaper) Grimson

I liked "the Chief" Craig Berube.  I also liked Chris Simon while he was a Cap.
Liked me some Erskine too.  Can't forget Alan May and those eyebrows

Obviously...I'm mostly just a Cap fan and from the 80's on (based on my young age)  :snicker:

I remember a kid named Kazinski or Kaminski?  Kevin Kaminski..."the Killer" I think?  He wasn't very big, but he basically played like a wrecking ball and got into lots of scraps.  I think he went like 5'9" 185 so he wasn't big but he played like he thought he was 6'-4".  Guy was nuts.  I think he bounced to minors quite a bit, but I recall he was fearless and he played with the Caps for 3-4 years or so.

And don't forget that goon....Bobby Gould

Ya Kevin Kamenski was a nut. I believe he coaches now. Atleast he was before the covid19.

I actually went back and looked him up today... and yes he "was" coaching.  He face looks like a horror show now....too many bad stitches or something.  He looks like a Russian gangster.

I just remember him racing around the ice looking for someone to hit.  He'd be suspended about 10 times a year if he played now.  He was looking to create havoc.  Different times.  I don't think he really had the skills to be full NHL, but he had the fucking heart for it.

some pretty good pokes in that one.

That is so tiring...to actually do that.  Takes a lot more than most people realize.

If you ever actually step into a ring with someone for 3 minutes, it gives you a whole new respect for professional fighters.

This was just, BEAUTIFUL AWESOMENESS!!!

Call them the "4th" line, if ya will, but these three are the our best group, without Willie or Ovi on the ice. Whatever they did since last March,  KEEP IT UP!!
