I've noticed for about the past week or so, the Caps pre and post game shows have not mentioned RMNB while quoting JapersRink quite a bit. Did RMNB screw the pooch when they got too political about the White House visit?

I was stunned at the over the top Trump bashing in that one article on RMNB about the Caps White House visit. At first I thought they copied a sick Washington Post article, but then realized it was totally an RMNB story. I haven't seen any apologies on RMNB since Trump's TOTAL vindication. Now I am anxiously awaiting the real drain the swamp efforts. MANY people will go to prison or get shot for treason. My Dad reminded me yesterday that I told him in 2015 EVERYTHING that was going to happen when Trump ran for office including the monster cabal he was up against if he should win. This to me is better than winning the lottery. Get your popcorn ready.
P.S. I'm going to repost this over in the "Calm Before the Storm" thread. The storm has been on hold until this report came out. Now the shit hits the fan.

Even with only <30 sec. left, this team is more than capable of
blowing that 4, now 3 goal lead, particularly against that team.
What really worries me is while the offense amd Holtby are ticking, were still among the, or the worst in the league in PK, faceoffs, and recently the PP. If this doesn’t get fixed, we’re gonna be asking a lot from bounces, puck luck, the refs, and all hockey gods in playoffs.
Can you imagine PK in an overtime playoff game? Hell, I wouldn’t be surprised if teams pushed for overtime betting they’ll get a call, and given our long term luck with the refs. . . Yikes.

None of what happened yesterday was something I ever thought was going to happen. I thoroughly expected the Caps to shit the bed and Ovi to get shut down. I'm also pretty surprised that the Caps are somehow 4th in the standings. Well, more specifically, I expected the Caps to be a top 5 team going into the season, but when the season was halfway through and I saw how stupid Reirden was and how stupid some players were, I didn't think we'd end up anywhere near top 5.
I'm still hesitant to call us a good team though. I know we have an elite team on paper, but I still don't have faith in our coach, and I've seen too many of our supposed "good" players (like Kuzy, Carlson, Orlov, etc.) make too many stupid mistakes. Plus our PK and our PP with the dumbass drop pass suck.
