The financial impact of this most recent suspension is going to motivate him to be much more careful.  If not, he's an idiot.

This is whole thing is a joke, and not to sound like a conspiracy theorist, but I find it interesting that this happened before there first three games where on NBC, with his biggest Hater/Pen lover between the glass, and AFTER that idiot broke his jaw on Willies shoulder that some will cry "cost them the series". . .

The undeniable bias, favoritism, and inconsistencies of the NHL and their DOPS marketing scheme, certainly supports that this was to support NBC, their faux credibility, and the progressive feminist agenda of the NHL

BTW, 10 to 1 EVERY team will have "provoke and agitate" Willy on top of their game plan from now on,.

I wouldn't be surprised. But a game misconduct for fighting shouldn't be related to the hitting the league is trying to get the Capitals to stop doing, and one would think the league has let it be known that a player defending himself won't count. But that makes too much sense

I don't see Wilson changing his game much. I think he will just hit that much harder and just a tad lower. He will still be a beast.  If I were him I would want nothing less.

Willy should take some boxing lessons so he can get back at A-holes in the still legal head bashing called a fight. With practice he might get in 10 additional head shots after they fall and before they hit the ground.

Political correctness sure has created insane hypocrisy in all facets of our world.  It wouldn't surprise me if next year we see the Penguins coming out on the ice in pink pussy hats.

It will sure be nice to have the enforcer back on the ice. I hope this raises Ovie's physical play too.
