Justin Sourdif and Sonny Milano had great games but sadly were not rewarded with goals.

Great to see though.

Ovie basically just hovers around between the blue lines now waiting for an offensive break.  He's becoming a liability since he isn't scoring or playing defense.  They should get Protas, Jr. up here pronto.  McMichael, Bouvillier, Lapierre, Sourdif & Frank are certainly not putting the puck in the net nearly enough.  Overall, the team has played above their talent level but that can't last forever.  They need Leonard back at full strength in a big way, too.

Yes, I think it is time they tried a few more guys from Hershey. I didn't know of the guy they just brought up and thought Miro would have been in line for a call up, but he hasn't been putting up that many points. Lil Pro and Cristall are the top two scorers.  Seems like some of our better prospects are not yet at the Hershey level.

What's the deal with LilPro and Cristall? Can they be brought down and sent back w/o waiver wire? Not sure why they wouldn't bring up their best prospects, if they could.

Nice effort by the fellas.  Played hard the entire game, PP looked much better than the result - had sustained time and multiple chances.  Nice SO too.  Ovi hit 2 posts, Milano hit at least one plus had another good look.  Sourdiff i thought had an excellent game, although he certainly is not the scorer.  I remember giving Caps mgmt a lot of grief for trading 2 pics to get him (not even an NHL caliber guy), but apparently they know how to evaluate talent better than I.  He started slow and isn't flashy but he is working very hard and making plays and is getting better and better.  He's got pretty decent wheels, and he's not afraid to dive into the corners or behind the net to retrieve the puck.  Helps to have guys like Willy and Protas on your line.
Certainly nice to see Protas get one.  McMike had decent game, but yeah...we need some more of these guys to actually score.  Chychrun just continues to be a stud

Go Caps

FFS - HIT HIM!!!
