Can we get back to winning hockey games now?

Yes, the past half dozen games have been about the most ineffectual golf the Caps have played all season.  Carbery is going to have to work some magic here to try to get this team back on track before the playoffs begin.  It's probably a good time for the last extended time between games - I suspect there are going to be a couple of pretty "spirited" practices between now and the Carolina game.

Now that the Chase is over, man.. We're a hot mess in our own end. Mediocre goaltending has put a light on just how bad it's been. They covered for a lot through the year. Hope Carbs can spot something and adjust whatever, cause if not it'll be a 1st or at best 2nd round exit.

Yep, and yep.
Boys got an early start for the celebration party last night (with an early game) and the day off today, so get it done and get back to hockey.
Definitely time to put it back on the rails for the final sprint to the finish....gonna be tough with Pro and Thompson injured. 
I know Thompson has been on the suck of late, but I just don't think we can win serious playoff hockey with Lindy.  He's good and has flashes of greatness, but he's weak up top and you need GREAT goaltending to get deep into the playoffs - not just serviceable netminding.
