Hopefully Wes Johnson will continue to recover and eventually be able to return to work.


I noticed the GoFundMe page and am pleased for him that over $170,000 has already been donated.  But as coldhearted as it may seem for me to ask this, why does he need a GoFundMe page?  As a Caps employee, doesn't he have good health insurance?  Why is he piling up medical bills, and doesn't he have leave or something to cover for his period that he might be away from his duties with the organization?  This just struck me as ..... odd.

Yeah i don't want to be a dick either, but I agree, and I wonder that every time I see a GoFundMe page.  Search the guy and read his bio - he's a voice actor on tons of stuff.
Has anyone heard any update at all...like what was the medical emergency to begin with?

Yea, it wasn't the shit show I imagined though. Decent racing. Tame for the "Mad House" but still decent. Thing is, McDowell won 3 poles last year. Gibbs 2. And neither made "The Clash"    Nascar loves tradition.
