Caps were invisible for most of the 2nd. The penalty on McMike was a joke, but we were reeling anyway and it looked, felt inevitable. It was only a matter of time till they scored - we were trapped in our zone for LONG stretches, way too often
Caps had like 3 shots over a 25 minute period in the second to third.
Caps missed on 3 break aways and hit some posts. Caps turned it on last 10 minutes to no avail.
Dubois looked good, but he's been solid most of the year. Like Mick said...would be great if he starting finding the twine in Ovi's absence.
Oh, and I think this was LT's first regulation loss as a Cap. He was solid, made at least a couple game savers in that game.
I think we need to score more than 1 to have success.
