And it's as crucial as this one.  Detroit and the Pens play on Thursday, so one of them will have 86 standings points at the end of the evening; the other, 84 or 85.

Redwings are a better team than the Caps right now IMO.  Caps record is just way better than they actually are.  Redwings are about at their level; a possible WC team.

AND...the Redwings are 8th from the bottom in salary cap and they have a total of 3 forwards over 30 years old; two are 35 (Kane and Perron) and one 31 (Czarnik - who is a UFA playing on minimum contract). I expect they will get better next year.

Its nice to see Ovi get 30, and Strome is one guy actually competing and producing for the contract he signed.

Shit, we made the Redwings look like the Avalanch last night. Chuck was the only reason they didn't blow us out. I don't even remember what the SOG's were, but Im sure they easily doubled us. Think they had nearly 40 with 10 minutes to go in the 3rd?
