Im surprised they didn't give him 10 or more. Either way, Caps are fucked with lineups that can't stay consistent. Oshie in and out every other game, now Wilson. Who knows what's wrong with Protas.. Fairly important cogs to be doing w/o all the time.  :sick:

Nascar goin' road racing at COTA today and tomorrow..


Got some 17 year old phenom (Connor Zilisch) on the pole for the Trucks today. 1:30 FS1.


Then Xfinity at 5:00 FS1. Bunch of ringers in that one. (Gibbs, Larson, Allmendinger, Van Ginsberg)


Then Cup tomorrow at 3:30 on Fox. Byron/Gibbs on the front row.

I tried to watch some of the cup race. I found it mildly boring.

Yea, race was pretty bland. F1 tracks aren't really built for nascar. Too much room, not enough sand traps, etc. I was vested since Ty and Christopher were in the mix for most of it.

NIce win.  Ovi stays hot.  Strome still producing which is great.  McMike looking better and better all places on the ice, which is fantastic.  Miro finds ways to produce even with limited ice time.
Now if we could just manage to keep Lindy in the net the rest of the way...
Caps are one win away from 3rd place in the Metro...currently (with 2 games in hand vs Philthy)
Philthy has played some good teams recently, and plays Rags tonight, but 8 of remaining 10 are against non-playoff teams.
Detroit's last ten are 5/10 versus playoff teams so their schedule is tougher than Philly's
Caps have 12 remaining...call it 6/12 vs good teams so about same as Detroit.  I think the Caps can get in.

Fun to watch when they are playing well.  Go Caps

What I saw was Willy hit him in the face the first time, then glance back and properly whack him in the face a second time.     :-(


This is unacceptble to me.  If somebody had done this to one of our guys, all of us would be up in arms!    :angry:


Tom Wilson wears an "A" on his shirt.   He shouldn't be after this.     :( :'(

Maybe I'd need to see the whole thing a few more times to determine whether or not there was intention but.........
