I got a great idea for the sport. Let’s modernize the hell out of the cars, spindle mounts, fuel injection, overhead cams, transaxle at the rear, full independent suspension, then race them in dirt.

For what they are doing, a live rear axle would’ve been better. You don’t need rear independent suspension off-road  unless you are rock climbing.

Well seeing how the rest of the year's games are mostly meaningless....do the Caps let up and rest some old guys?


I know there is a chance we CAN still catch SHittsburgh, but after the next three if that is not realistic....then what?


I'd like to see Ovi get 50 this year.  He deserves a shot at catching Gretzky and Bossy.  He would have already not for three shortened seasons in his career.  Although I hope they don't make that the #1 priority of the remaining season.

Looks like Mojo/Backy/Sheary.  I think they put Sheary ANYWHERE that needs a lift to try and spark the other guys.  He seems to perform no matter where you put him.

Crazy - Kreider has 50 and has never had even a 30 goal season before
And I'm pretty sure I hear Joe B say the other night Matthews had 50 goals in 50 games (not from the start - but in a 50 game stretch of the season)
I really did not expect 50 from Ovi this year.  Not so much his age, but just did not think the Caps would be as competitive as they have been and it would be harder for him to get space to score.  Doesn't seem to matter.  I love to see him get one more 50 because he was shorted at least a couple.  Don't think it happens, but then I thought the same prior to this year.
