Wahoo!  I've been waiting for that!  PLD had his coming out party.  I really think that guy is one of the keys to our success this year.  If he gets more and more confidence he could just be a beast by the end of the year.


On the other hand tonight, Chychrin - who I love, had a lousy game.  That's ok though, he has earned one.

So Dubi bailed em out? Didn't deserve the 1 point, stole both!! Sometimes I wish they'd actually slump, to find that spark again, but I guess squeaking along is ok too, if we bring enough oil..

Oof.  Caps just didn't have it.  Could not generate shit.  Refs didn't help but that's no excuse.  Caps PP actually looked okay, tho didn't score so.
Carlson was terrible, Ovi was worse.  Ovi had several turnovers and his board work is...well not working, and he looks S L O W E R than he did before.  He was fumbling the puck all over the place, couldn't get a shot off, etc.

PLD...way to go!  He's added a little snarl to his game over the season and that has helped his game tremendously.  Nice to see him get the game winner in OT for a little recognition.  Honestly can't remember a game this season where he has been bad.  Invisible on the score sheet yes, but not bad.

All 3 goals in the game were scored in the final minute of a period/OT
