Other than the friggin soft 1st goal -and yes it was a great shot, but like...(I'm too lazy to look back- Wayne, I think) said....IF Sammy played it properly it would have to be a Kuzy type snipe to go in - OTHer than that Sammy had a really good game. He has the talent but he just seems to be lacking now and then, and I agree - some of that is on coaching.
Guys played a great game though. overcame some BS penalty calls. I thought them refs was supposed to let the boys play in the playoffs. These frigging games are being decided on special teams. Ticky tack calls and then NOT one on a breakaway where the stick is on both hands?
HTF do you leave Ovie that open on a PP? I mean I guess someone just missed an assignment cause they had everyone over on the boards.
Anyway, kudos to Sammy and all the boys. I can't say I recall anyone having a bad game. Mojo is actually making a difference, and Nicky has several assists too, no? SHeary looks like a guy who actually wants another Cup - love the way he plays the game.
Now if only my Big Willy wasn't broke.
