The Senators media posted tonight’s anticipated lines early, about 2pm.
Beauvillier will skate in career game #700 tonight.
PP lines are from this mornings practice.
Kampf is still in Vancouver, presumably with a new born. Still no word on his visa.

:capslogo: :wgt:
-
It would be nice if this game starts tonight.
-
puck drop at 7:42
-
Hutson wasn’t born yet when OV was a rookie.
-
Hutson skates....passes to Duhaime :snicker:
-
finally got the feed to work and the "home feed" is not the home feed
-
how did Frank not put that in
-
PK time
-
game tied at zero after one
-
Hutson doesn’t look bad, so far
-
Team lacks basic fundamentals. Only 4 shots in the first and got beat in the dot 10-2. Arizona Coyote stats. lol
Hutson looked good! You can already see he skates and handles the puck better than 90% of the team.
-
PP time
-
PP2 goes out first
-
Hutson on the PP. Nice.
-
Gonna be sad when Ovi goes ofer at home on the PP, for the season. :'(

GOOOAAALLLL
OVECHKIN
-
See Mick...the ole GOAT can still kick one in now and then :snicker:
-
I’m kinda surprised Ottawa didn’t challenge that.

:43:
-
Caps up 2-0 after two
-
Hey, I like GOATS!! :raised-eyebrow:
Much better period! Goal posts kept us in it! :raspberry: Yea, Hutson should play every game, contract be damned. You can just see he has the "it" factor, like Leonard. If our GM gets off his ass in the offseason we could be decent again in a couple years.
Whats happened to Protas? Looks like a ghost of his former self.
-
Hey, I like GOATS!! :raised-eyebrow:
I didn’t know that was legal in Florida

Thompson and his two best friends are earning his pay....as usual.
-
nother pk . . .
-
How about Goal 3 is Hutson from Beavy?
-
Thompson and his two best friends are earning his pay....as usual.
I was starting to think Vezina, but that usually goes to a team that makes the playoffs
-
Well that got Beavy on the scoresheet any way. Man these slashing penalties are Fn BS. IF you gonna get called for that BS, you might as well earn it
-
Ottawa is chasing a wildcard spot as well, they need points bad. I expect an empty net soon.
-
empty net
-
AVs have lost 2 in a row (lead the league with 97 pts). Curious if they have lost 2 back to back this season before now?

What I don't understand is why Liljegren was the defenseman scratched tonight to get Hutson in the lineup. We know what we have in TVR, and can decide on his future with the club. Liljegren needs these end-of-season games as his audition to see if the Caps want to keep him.
Unless they've already made that decision.
-
Dude out muscled Sandin for that
-
empty net
-
We ice the puck cause we so confident on face-offs
-
EN GOOOAAALLLL
PROTAS
-
Protas - master of the ENG
-
nother pp . .
-
you remember when he didn't shoot an ENG last year or before and it ended up costing them the game later? He does not hesitate to put it in this year
-
:capswin:
-
PP EN GOOOAAALLLL
HUTSON
-
Put Hutson and Leno out there
-
Hah nice.
-
Caps win 4-1

-
Hutson looked better than i expected. Hard to tell with 1 game, but he handled the puck well. Nice to see them give him some ice time.
-
Pretty sure Hillbilly could take 5 of 10 faceoffs from Dubois. Bro earns 8.5m a year and can't win a faceoff. :(
Nice win! Bummer LT could get the shutty. Could see it coming though. Dubois and Sourdif probably went 10% from the dot tonight. 5% in the D zone. lol
Hutson with a goal! Looking forward to more of that and more youngsters if they have the balls to play any of em..

TvR getting the scratch tonight would have been my choice.

^^^^ what that guy said

Just coach making all the SMART decisions! :snicker:
