I’ve had to listen on the radio the past two night, current accommodations don’t have the hockey channel

Gotta be the worst PP in the league. And they won't even try a new PP coach. Make it make sense.
Bummer on the no hockey tv Alta. Glad to have ya back though! Hope all's well!

Oh boy, who's gonna tell him?
Had tied up for a couple seconds anyway.. Can't rely on the tender to carry us tonight. Hopefully they keep up the pressure and pot a few more.

this isn’t going well

2 goals... Least they were from the GOAT!! Rarely gonna be enough in today's NHL. Don't know how they add offense, but a new PP coach couldn't make it worse, I do know that much. lol

Oof. I was gonna say before the game Caps need this one and losing would be bad for our playoff hopes…..
But I didn’t t want to be negative
Lindy played like the old Lindy…. Very low and on his belly. Never seen a goalie go down so early and play from his belly as much as Lindy.
Not putting this loss on him but he wasn’t great. Apparently glove side anywhere above 20” off the ice is where to go on him

After the Olympics, these games are barely watchable. God they're slow.

t,
Well,
(1) The Olympic rosters were all-star rosters, filled with the most mobile players for the most part, whereas NHL games feature a wider and more diverse skill set, including many players whose jobs are to gum up the works and slow play down.
(2) After returning from the Olympics, teams and their players are facing about 4 times as many games as the Olympic schedule -- before the playoffs start and play ramps up!! It's easier to bust a gut when you are facing a short, closed-ended schedule than when facing the NHL regular season/playoff grind, with travel between games thrown in.
Wayne, I don't dispute your observation. But there's good reason for it.
