5pm on a Saturday? WTF? :raised-eyebrow:
glad you posted this early - don't think i would have caught the start time
-
Thompson still day to day, Lindgren moved to IR. Roy is out. Fever is out. McMike is out.
Fehérváry’s girlfriend just gave birth to their first kid.
-
Think they said McMike was "week to week"?
-
PP time
-
did all of PP1 double shit that?
-
Think they said McMike was "week to week"?
He’s officially on IR, still very well could be “week to week”.

Carbery in his pregame interview said week to week, and that McMichael would be out through the break. Then we'll see after that.
-
Yea, PP1 took a 30 second shift, then another 30 at the end. Just another chapter in the Carbery book of strange.
:clown: :poop: held em' off for most of the period anyway. They're mostly little fuckers who skate through the middle of the zone with their head down. All we do is take pokes at the puck with our sticks. Nobody wants to plant dicks in the dirt, so.. We get what we get.

Being put on IR requires a player miss a week, so no big deal.

Caps down 2-0 after one
-
They can never take our 1 in a row away!! :(
-
:poop: :poop: :poop:
-
Games over. Just your normal Caps :clown: :poop: but to be expected with the extra injuries.
It's funny watching us still try to overpass. On the off chance the extra pass ever gets there, somebody will inevitable miss the shot anyway. Just shoot the fucking puck and hope for loose change.. lol
Looks like we'll have to pray for a late game fluke goal to bust the shutout again today! :)

Nice PPK once again! Best in the business.. :-(
-
That right there is the stupid shit this team does. Were in the zone, wearing them down and the puck goes to the point. Beuavi just throws a weak shot right to the goalie. No screen, nothing. They get to change.. :clown: When they're covered they try more passes which don't connect.. Fucking stupid. >:(

Caps win 4-3
We’re going streaking
-
Definitely did not see us coming from 3 down to earn a point. Much less win it in OT. Figured that was gonna get called back till I saw the reverse angle. Solid effort!!
2 in a row!! :raspberry:
-
That last shift I saw Frank, Sourdif and then Carlson on the ice. I nearly threw my drink at the tv.
-
Credit where credit is due. This was the gutsiest win of the year, under trying circumstances, coming off a long road trip where the team struggled.
I really don't want to hear complaints about Carbery. He's doing what he can with what he has, and that's what he's going to have to do the remainder of the season, given that the Caps can't, and shouldn't, add reinforcements to try to make a late-season push. He obviously still has the room, so it isn't as if there is a motivational reason for getting rid of him.
