On the negative side, I thought McMike had his worst game of the year. Made some lousy plays and didn't see his usual effort. We really need to get him jump-started and playing like he did last year.
On the positive side, we are witnessing Chicky jost explode into a superstar. Everybody talks about the Hughes kids, but I'm not sure I wouldn't take Chicky over them. I think if Carbury encourages him to get even more aggressive, he would be unbelievable.
Here is a question for you. If you could convert Chicky into a forward and he turned into a consistent 40 goal scorer, would you take that over him being a 25 goal scoring defensemen? I think he could convert pretty easily.

Chicky as a forward? Hmm.. I'd give it a look, but not sure he'd jump 15 goals in doing so. He seems to shine from the dots on out. It'd still be an interesting experiment though.
McMike trying his best to get packaged in a trade deal. 5 goals on the season is, sad. He always seems to get good looks, but since day 1 he's not been able to put many in the net. Thinking last year was an anomaly? Hopefully Dubois comes back in time to see if he can do something with a better center.
