I figure it's the best chance Carlson has at winning an individual trophy

I just read that. I love the idea!

If no one else does it, maybe the Washington Caps Fans Forum can issue the first one when Carlson earns it and from then on can be called the Carlson Award.   8)

      Carlson would have a better chance of winning best all round dman than top offensive dman.
