LOL! Believe it or not Alta, my lovely wife is 100% Chinese, and she says the same thing when we buy products from  China, and the English instructions are frustating, but sometimes even comical!
One time we bought a blender/ mixer, and one of the English instructions SHOULD have said something like “tap mix button on and off several times, as ice continues to settle to the bottom”.
What it ACTUALLY SAID was “dance finger to mix button point, permit breezy tornado for happy ice chop” !!   LMFAO!
