I think one reason Vegas is off to such a good start is they played so long into last year and are all still in sinc more than other teams.
That, and they go alot of talent and size.
It's generally later in the season that SC winners take a shit on this season.

Our PP is such ass. lol
Not having a skilled center who can win a faceoff kills us. Least 1/4 to 1/2 the PP is spent retrieving the puck and trying get back setup.

Yep. The faceoff stat is somewhat meaningless during the game. Where it matters is when on the PP, and probably OT.

I have not heard that. It seems a tad early in the season to be talking about rule changes, which very rarely take effect in the middle of a season.

The Caps have this problem with secondary goaltending out performing primary goaltending, and I still think it’s a coaching issue. The goalie coach is the only coach that stayed from last season.

I thought we were outplayed in the first. Charlie kept us in it. Caps couldn’t get out of their own szone or into the O zone
Then we stuck with it and it was pretty even. Stromer is looking good. McMike looks good. I thought Makenstyn had looked good for several games…got some wheels on him for sure.
Ovie looks like he’s nursing something.

I've seen several on Twitter compare him to Chimmer! He goes hard 100%. Lil will like that. lol
