Well good game by Ovi. Considering how many regular D men are out it’s not surprising we let them score and that 1st Ottawa goal was a good shot to at went through at least 3 bodies.
Good to see them not quit in the game. Ovi seems to be pretty effective for an old man. But then he mostly lived on that wicked shot and not so much dangle so it make sense he can still score.
Still….didn’t really expect him to lead the league in goals and especially in points.
Go Ovi. Go Caps

Go Ovi. Go Caps
With all the injuries and COVID interruptions the team has undergone this year, Ovie has basically carried the team on his back the entire season thus far. If he has a 2nd half even close to what he's done so far, he should get the Hart Trophy, without question. I'm concerned, though, that all the pressure on him and the minutes he's been asked to shoulder this season at age 36 are going to catch up to him.
