I wish the Blues would've gotten Bura...Dude I doubt he would of made the lineup every night in STL. His work ethic and hustle is terrible. Granted I’ve only seen STL a couple times this year, but hustle and intensity has been their biggest asset. They are a very hard team to play against, primarily because how hard they work

Here's where we SHOULD go but 2 straight PPs with a chance to tie it and both have simply sucked. It's like the coaching staff didn't watch any film on how Colorado kills penalties. We should be putting Ovie down low in front of the net and letting Oshie take the left point where he has a great one-timer. The Avs wouldn't have a clue since they've set their D around Ovie. But we do the same fucking thing every time.

I love of course, the come from behind win, and the excellent third period Energy, against a very good Philip Grubauer tonight, in goal!
Holtby gave us a good showing, and kept us in the game thank God!
I hope the third period is a wake up call, for the caps, and not A reinforcement of the idea that they can slack off for 40 minutes, and play real hockey for 20 minutes, which has, unfortunately been their overall signature for quite a while now!!

And it wasn’t like the avalanche slacked off in the third period either!! That was some really good strong effort, back-and-forth, energy battles, from both sides there, in the middle of the third.

Agreed. That's what made this game result so huge for us. We learned how to deal with a very good, very fast team that was playing very well. To me this was different than our other come from behind wins.
