Dylan, Tom, or Beck should have fought at least by Game 2.  Now, too little to late.  We do get Nick back to night which will help.

It's like the old saying: "You want it done fast, cheap or right. Pick 2." That applies to most everything, including rebuilding a team.

The only way this team becomes competitive is with the burnoff of the Backstrom, Oshie, Ovi and Carlson contracts and the simultaneous development of their recent draft picks and the new draft picks coming up.  They really need some of these kids to develop into top line talent and then use their coming Cap space to add some really nice players.  Three years from now, they could be decent again.
