I ran out and got some dinner (well...I didn't RUN anywhere), but I was about 10 minutes behind live play.
WTF was the interference call on the Caps...I never saw it.  They never show replays anymore. (especially when it shows a referee mistake)


Nice to see Ovi get scoring again.  Boys are putting some nails in the Columbus playoff coffin.


Also...TVR has impressed me this year.  Well, not that he's all that impressive, but when I'm NOT noticing a D man, then he is basically doing his job (paging John Carlson....paging Johnny Q)
Fever has definitely been awesome, with a few stretches of not greatness.  Jensen has been more solid than expected and even Shulz is not shitting the bed.  Orlov can be solid, but usually has some just total brain fart give aways now and then.


I guess it helps to play a team that is not exactly on.


I'll take that crosscheck from Wilson - let the fucking guy hit some people and play mean - it will pay dividends later.

The Caps play TOMORROW night in Charlotte?  WTF is this schedule.  How many back to back WITH travel have the Caps had?  And it's usually a good team on night 2.  I swear the NHL does it to the Caps on purpose.  Leonsis must have royally pissed off the NHL years back.

Wife's out of town for an extended time....and she mostly doesn't cook anyway...and I'm still at work, so I decided to grab a bite and come back to work to watch period 2....and maybe 3 since we appear to be playing well (or at least the bounces are going our way)
