Actually, the lemon thing is better for a sore throat and sinus issues. Probably should have asked about the symptoms first.

I meant grounding black pepper,not peppers. Onions really enhace the flavour of any meat you cookand especially the gravy, if you're making it properly (naturally from the stock) If it chop it really finely it releases all the good stuff.
