Fortunately, my sinuses are clear. I've been on high doses of Azithromycin for months. Breathing issue is from being so weak that I struggle to pull my diaphragm down unless I consciously do it.

"As onions are sliced, cells are broken, allowing enzymes called alliinases to break down amino acid sulphoxides and generate sulphenic acids. Sulphenic acids are unstable and spontaneously rearrange into a volatile gas called syn-propanethial-S-oxide. The gas diffuses through the air and eventually reaches the eye, where it reacts with the water to form a diluted solution of sulphuric acid. This acid irritates the nerve endings in the eye, making them sting. Tear glands produce tears to dilute and flush out the irritant. If you are crying just by looking at onions then you may have a psychological reaction to them"

It causes a reaction in the nasal passages. :raspberry: If you don't breath it in, it will out stare you.

Lemons help clean the blood and bodily systems, which is why they are used so much in "purifying diets and de-tox programs.

I usually eat lemon daily, but I would not be able to keep lemon down quite yet. Maybe in a few days with some honey and hot water.
I have to stop typing too much. It's totally wearing me out.
